“Amazing Place”
“Very helpful lady on reception to check us in, have us handy map of area and tips for stuff to do. Apartment was very nice- car porch for each place handy.
Rooms were clean and well laid out with an outdoor seat area front and back. Kitchen well equipped and had all we needed. Pool was very nice too with waterfall and kids pool and jacuzzi too.
Whole place was well kept and a good location- 5 min walk from the beach and 10 min drive into the town. BBQ area (free to use) was good and had great arbor.Would recommend anyone to stay here.”

“We had 3 nights at Nimrod apartments! Fantastic place to stay! Away from hustle and bustle yet beautiful surroundings! Apartments were so clean and had everything you would need!
We picked up some food at local IGA and set! The local restaurant – Beach Shack had wonderful food! The owners so friendly too! Thanks Leanne and Gus for a wonderful stay! Happy to visit again in future!”
“Family Holiday”
“We had a fantastic 5 day stay at these apartments in April. We were welcomed on Saturday night by the manager Gus who was very friendly and had good knowledge of the local area. Apartment was very clean with good air conditioning.
The complex is set in lovely grounds with an outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. There is a regular shuttle bus into town but we had a hire car which was definitely worth it. Gus and his wife Leanne go out of their way to make you feel very welcome and help you make the best of your stay, we felt as though we had known them for ages by the time we left. We were sad to leave and if visiting Australia again would definitely stay there.”

“We stayed at the nimrod apartment and resorts for our family holiday and it was fantastic…..
Our apartment was a two bedroom with two bathroom and full kitchen and laundry facilities, lounge area with DVD player split system and we were in the ground floor so there was a private grass area as well.
The pool was very user friendly even when there were a few people you didn’t feel on top of each other, as expected it was very clean and my kids loved the spa area as well as the kids playground, there was a BBQ area that looked great and undercover but we didn’t use it.
We hired a car and drove into port Douglas which was only a short drive or you can jump on the local bus to get where you need to go
